Top 4 Space Agencies

Welcome back to my blog about balloons, rocket ships, airplanes, space travel, Star Wars, sci-fi, and everything about flying! Today I got curious about who has the ability to go into space. I mean which countries? There has to be more now than Russia,China, and us…

This is a list of government agencies engaged in space programs related to outer space and space exploration.

As of 2015:

  • 70 different government space agencies are in existence.
  • 13 of those have launch capability.
  • 6 of them have full launch capabilities which include the ability to launch and recover multiple satellites, deploy cryogenic rocket engines and operate extraterrestrial probes.
    1. the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)
    2. the European Space Agency (ESA)
    3. the China National Space Administration (CNSA)
    4. the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA)
    5. the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)
    6. the Russian Federal Space Agency (RFSA or Roscosmos)
  • 4 are capable of human spaceflight.
    1. NASA
    2. RFSA
    3. ISRO
    4. CNSA 

Well India is the only new guy who can send people into space. I think aliens are keeping us down… literally!
