Another classic PI show starring Dick Powell. Powell would also do a season of Your's Truly Johny Dollar. He will later star in the film Murder My sweet, a classic Phillip Marlowe movie.
Various actors played the Saint in the radio show, but Vincent Price was the best. Louie was his cab driver in each episode Price starred in, providing comic relief. Louie in The Sinclair Narratives is inspired by him.
A PI show close to Raymond Chandler's special sauce. Pat's drunken pal, Jocko Madigan, would be enlisted to do some legwork, and Jacko is the inspiration for Professor Wilimarth (Besides his tenure at the Miskatonic University in the Lovecraft universe) within the tales from The Sinclair Narratives.
One of the PI shows where the star and his girl actually work alongside their favorite cop. Casey and Ann would go to their favorite tavern, 'The Blue Note', every episode and discuss their adventures with their bartender friend Ethelbert.
